The project is in pre-development with studies being done for planning approvals and future funding opportunities.

North Perth is the fastest-growing municipality in Perth County with a current population of over 16,000. Between the 2016 and 2021 Census, the population grew by more than 18%. This project will be multi-use, with three main functions:

Updated Concept Drawings

Anticipate that UH will need to update the drawings for future funding opportunities and for an energy audit which could open new funding streams. Updates will only be done in consultation with the North Perth Library and other future tenants.
